Our story
Born from a simple frustration
Too many parking lots are run as an afterthought: faded signs, confusing rates, aggressive ticketing and owners who never quite know what their parking actually earns.
Parking First was founded in Brampton to do it differently. We combine day-to-day management, modern payment technology and a firm commitment to fair enforcement, so every lot we run is easier to use, easier to trust and easier to account for.
We work with commercial landlords, condominium boards, healthcare and education campuses, retailers and municipalities across Ontario. Whatever the property, the goal is the same: parking that works for the people who own it and the people who use it.
