Our commitment

Parking First is committed to providing services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities, in line with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA).

At our facilities

Accessible parking spaces are maintained and enforced to protect those who need them
Pay stations are selected and placed with accessibility in mind
Support persons and service animals are welcome
Staff are trained to serve customers with disabilities
