- Licence plate numbers and images captured at facilities we manage
- Contact details you provide, such as your name, email and phone number
- Parking session, permit and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment processors and are not stored by us.
- Information you send us in disputes, applications and inquiries
How we use it
We use personal information only to operate parking facilities, process payments and permits, issue and review parking notices, respond to inquiries and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as needed for these purposes and is protected by administrative, technical and physical safeguards.
