FAQ

Common driver questions

Is a parking notice the same as a municipal ticket?
No. A parking notice on private property is issued under the property’s posted terms of use. Municipal tickets are issued by the city and are handled separately.
How long do I have to pay or dispute?
The deadline is printed on your notice. If you submit a dispute before the deadline, payment is paused while we review it.
How long does a review take?
We aim to reply to every dispute within a few business days. You will receive our decision and the reason for it by email.
My vehicle was towed. What do I do?
Contact us right away with the property address and your licence plate, and we will tell you where your vehicle is and how to retrieve it.
How do I get a refund for a duplicate payment?
Email us your receipts. Confirmed duplicate payments are refunded to the original payment method.
